21.01.2022 Today I did something new and completed my first ever Triathlon. I shared the day with these amazing ladies and many more who were empowering themselves and pushing their comfort zones at the Newcastle Triathlon Club ladies only Try a Tri event at Stockton. We had many laughs and many pre event nerves, but so glad we turned up and had a go. Thanks to the great support crew, I loved the cheers and signs along the way, and special thanks to my husband Ty Tucker.

I have them in the waiting room if you don’t have one. - Don’t come to your appointment if unwell- please contact me and reschedule.
