17.01.2022 Clients for this project came to Studio 40 wanting a new home inspired by Corio Villa Estate in Geelong which was the first prefabricated cast iron house in Australia built in 1856. The columns and arches lacework will be fabricated using 3D metal cutting technology to replicate the original cast iron detailing.
