A very special thank you to my amazing mentors, Alex H @ EC Waves Swimming Club (Victorian Swimming Club of the year) and Adam @ Watsonia Army Barracks. I have been very privileged to help train some very talented young athletes who recently competed in the Australian National Swimming Championships. 12.01.2022 Congratulations to my client (who wants to remain anonymous) on such an amazing transformation in 12 weeks. And thank you for allowing me to share your story and show your before and after photos. She came to me wanting to lose 10kg and to be fitter, toned and to feel healthy before Christmas. She has lost 17 cms of overall body fat and only 2.5kg. But the changes are remarkable. She has consistently worked hard twice a week to achieve sustainable results doing strength training and cardio fitness along with adopting healthier eating habits. I am so proud of you. REMEMBER the scales are not always the best indicator to measure the loss of body fat, how you feel and the energy you have.

11.01.2022 Get on your bike for Ride2Work Day _ 14th OCT Registrations are now open for Ride2Work Day on Wednesday 14 October with the City of Whittlesea hosting a local event at Epping Station. Pedal past between 6.30am and 8.30am and you’ll be able to enjoy a free breakfast supplied by Bakers Delight Epping and Apteds Orchards. The Bicycle Centre South Morang and Whittlesea Bicycle Users Group will also be there to offer free express bike servicing.
