Carefully curated by the talented Rebecca Malouf, each piece is locally sourced from Australian labels and designers. 17.01.2022 Over the past twelve months we have been planning, strategising and developing a new brand identity for Céline Damour and Peter Roelfes once-known humble Stanley Street diner into a (mini) French dining precinct. Working in partnership with the broader project team, and drawing on Céline and Peters unique history, we challenged the expected French dining experience and crafted a brand story that would re-position them within the market shifting the existing perception as a special occasion restaurant to an every occasion destination.
