02.01.2022 Are you ok day 2020. Pretty safe to say many of us aren’t really ok, 2020 has been more complex than any other time in our lives !!! Many of us are living vicariously through our social media accounts which can be a fun pass time in small doses but it can also be harmful.... comparing ourselves to others, adding to isolation & a detached perception of ourselves & others. Remember to ask people if they are ok? But know that the discussion doesn’t end there, if someone tells you they aren’t ok it’s not your obligation to fix their problems for them, just be there, listen & be present... you don’t need an answer you just need to be an ear.
