24.01.2022 We have our normal classes at Hallet Cove Lutheran Church with no bookings needed and my Bodymoves classes have restarted now at Mitchell Park and Glandore BODYMOVES is a chair based fitness class using hand weights and bands finishing with Chair Yoga. We work on improving balance, coordination, strength and bone density and most importantly it’s lots of fun. CLASSES are run through City of Marion. Monday BODYMOVES at 12.15 and 1.30 at Mitchell Park Neighbourhood Centre.... Wednesday BODYMOVES at 11.00 at Glandore Community Centre. Friday 10.45 Groove Class and 12 noon BODYMOVES at Glandore Community Centre You will need to ring the centre to pre book for these classes. Any queries please let me know. See more

04.01.2022 I have added my popular BODYMOVES Seniors Fitness class to HALLET Cove Lutheran Church on Wednesdays at 10.15 and also Mondays at 1pm at PARKHOLME community hall Bodymoves is a fun chair based fitness class working on balance, coordination and strength and includes my beautiful chair yoga . Bodymoves is a class for all abilities especially the elderly, disabled and people with health conditions. Please share with anyone who could benefit from this new class

04.01.2022 I’m looking to add my Wednesday evening 7pm class at Hallet cove Lutheran Church back next term Wednesday October 14th we stopped because of COVID and I’m now able to recommence. It will be a mash up class with Groove , Pilates/Sculpt and Stretch included. $8 Please let me know if you would like anymore information
