09.01.2022 How to grow a pumpkin by not growing a pumpkin! & ...Can you spot the native bees?? It appears that the best way to grow a pumpkin is to plant a garden for palm trees and then a pumpkin will decide that's the most awesome place to grow ever! This whole vine grew in just a few weeks. And these beautiful lillies have been flowering too. Can u see the little native bees flying in from the right side of the pic? There are certain flowering plants that the native bees here seem to love! When the rocket and borage is flowering in the vegie garden it's like a buzzing bee wonderland!

03.01.2022 How to escape a storm in a kayak! 1. Set off when the weather is beautiful, blue skies & sunny! 2. Enjoy paddling your kayak, head downstream, visit the lagoon with native lillies, enjoy some fresh organic bread whilst drifting along, paddle past a youngster and their dad learning to swim and generally mosey about.... 3. Paddle like crazy to get back before the storm! We literally just made it back to the car, got the kayaks on the roof and then the rain (& hail) started pumelling down! An exciting end to a pretty awesome first paddle on the Nymboida River!
