11.01.2022 Celebrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people this week (and every week) during Naidoc Week!! We have had such a beautiful time working at #departmentofcommunitieswa with some of the projects aimed at supporting regional and remote communities. We attended an amazing @bindi_bindi_dreaming workshop which held discussions on the stolen generation, the matriarchal lineages and connection to land bringing a cultural lens into our every day experience work...ing with and for aboriginal people, here on Wadjuk Noongar land. We were each gifted beautiful rock art by and cherish these, reminding us of this beautiful country and culture we live in. What NAIDOC Week activity are you taking part in this week?
