24.01.2022 Self coaching + self reflection I don’t always have time, and not having time has been a silent agreement I’ve made with myself for years. maybe you have too?... Until I really started to develop an awareness of what patterns were evolving in and throughout my life. That time issue has been a real hamster wheel exercise. Ugh What I’ve found is that what ever we prioritise to be important enough... is where we can achieve more while discovering the gems of change. I’m really loving that I now make an appointment with myself for all of my self care and self coaching reflections these days. I aim to keep life simple with self coaching tools where I self reflect and ask myself powerful questions every week. It’s how I unravel my own complexity to create new found energy and awareness so life doesn’t keep slapping me in the face. Ya know, those slaps can be like a brick, and sometimes it’s not a slap it’s when you get hit like a Mac Truck! let’s stop doing that! I love prioritising connections to my community, reading, martial arts, essential oils , nutrition, body and breath work .... Why? Because these all make me feel GOOD! and Feeling good is where we find ease and flow and love within. 19.01.2022 Let’s Kick it Off - 2021 the first moment my eyes are open to start the day I bring a smile along with my energy. It’s a reset I do to always start fresh for the day and swoon in some deep gratitude for being alive in this time.... It also puts me in a good mood - yeah ! As we all settle into this year there’s always a lot of new ideas, goals, words and lists we create to help us reach for what we think will make our life better. I’m all for it, and I get it! What I’ve found from all the years of study......studying behaviour, beliefs, patterns, emotional experience, upbringing and the depths of subconscious thinking is that we can get all too lost! Trying to keep up with whatever the latest ‘Thing’ is... There’s always something that’s the latest ‘NEW thing‘ on the go.... it’s just where the Norm seems to follow.... they’re programmed to it. What about what’s in the opposite direction? Have you every looked there when others are NOT! A dear friend once said to me a long time ago that success often lies in the opposite direction of the ‘Normal’ flow. I know there’s something to this, and I’ve seen it proven in many cases from those who dare to be brave, show up and give of all of themselves to the path of the ‘thing’ that they truly desire. Desire deep in their heart and soul. While others most of the time are too afraid to show it or share it and Go for it! Even with my own experience in health and wellness, and achieving a 3rd degree black belt it’s NOT the Normal flow. This year check in with You and see if you’re just following the norms or are you paving a way to your own deepest hearts desires? My wish for you this year is to truly fulfil what’s in your heart of hearts and flow in the directions of your dreams coming to life ! Thanks so much for being here on the ride.
