When specifying for projects, I try to put forward products that are locally made to support local makers where I can. Now is a better time than ever to start looking into any purchase and support small and local businesses help each other out! When I am in a deep dive of Australian designers, I see that the designs are original and outside of the box. 22.01.2022 Sundays with SOL... SOL. is known for injecting colour into designs to create drama, whether it is in a commercial or residential space. Although, sometimes the project calls for a different approach and there is a need to create a space that has a simple palette but you can add interest with layers of beautiful textures and finishes. 19.01.2022 FOWLER Formal dining room. This custom bookcase spans nearly 4 metres of the room. The covered sections of this floor to ceiling storage system allows you to hide what you need to! 19.01.2022 FOWLER House. Creating an open living space is a dream with such an amazing home that has high ceilings and wall to wall windows letting so much light come through! The brief from the clients was a minimal, monochromatic home but in this space, I added warmth with timber joinery and textured finishes to create a more homely feel! @fiona_susanto

12.01.2022 Studio Oscar Lea just turned 3!! It has been a big 3 years with some lows but so many highs! This journey has not been what I have expected but have learnt so much along the way.... Thank you for the support of family and friends and I am lucky enough to have clients who are some of my biggest supporters. In the last 12 months, I have had the pleasure of working with Fiona from My Daily Business Coach. This has really change the way I look and run my business and with all of her support and the other women creatives that were involved in my group coaching, SOL is making a lot of changes in the background that you will see very soon. As my business has grown, I have been able to bring a graphic designer on board... Rebecca Jane Creative and I can’t say thank you enough for working with me to create a brand that stands out. If you keep an eye out you will see a collaboration with us which is in the works. This year has been busier than ever and SOL has so much in the pipeline that I cannot wait to share with you.
