21.01.2022 BECOME A SYDNEY COURSE FACILITATOR Studio Pilates International are looking for an experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team of Sydney course facilitators and facilitate Pilates Instructor Training Courses. As a part of this role as a Studio Pilates Course Facilitator, you will teach students to become world-class Pilates instructors. You will not only deliver and facilitate the Studio Pilates course curriculum, but also inspire and help your students with their instruc...ting techniques. We are looking for someone who: Is able to facilitate up to 1-3 courses per month, courses usually running from Thursday-Sunday Has a lot of flexibility to be able to fill in/cover for courses at the last minute if COVID border restrictions mean other facilitators can't travel into NSW Is willing to spend the time to learn to be a great Course Facilitator and grow with Studio Pilates International Has completed the Studio Pilates Matwork Course and has been instructing and working in the Pilates Industry (or health and fitness industries) for a minimum of 5 years Has preferably completed the Studio Pilates International Reformer Course, and other online and equipment courses (although this is not essential) Has a thorough technical knowledge of Anatomy and Pilates instruction Is passionate about Pilates and about sharing their knowledge and helping others to become great instructors Is a clear and concise communicator in both large groups and in an individual manner Is good at motivating and working with groups of people Demonstrates a natural ability to relate to all people and deal with difficult personalities and conflict resolution Has great time management skills Has/is willing to obtain a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher education qualification (previous teaching/course facilitation experience is a bonus but not essential) If this sounds like you, and you would like to be a part of the Studio Pilates International Education Team, then we would love to hear from you!
