24.01.2022 Let’s talk Back to School!! Is it just me or have these school holidays gone really quick? Don’t get me wrong I’m looking forward to getting the kiddy’s back to school and back into some form of routine but at the same time I’m going to miss the lazy days of not having to rush everyone out the door by 745am (which with 4 kids is a bloody struggle no matter what time i get up lol). 22.01.2022 Drum roll please This is our new studio!!! Yes yes I know it’s a bit of a mess right now! (ok a lot of a mess) but it’s going to be amazing!! The fact that we even have to build a studio because we have outgrown our current space is nothing short of amazing! I’ll be honest the snail pace that this Reno is going at is killing me! I’m the kind of person who if I want something done I need it done yesterday, patience is NOT my strong suit but if there is one thing this bus...iness has taught me it’s that you have to take every step one step at a time and with every step forward there are usually a few steps back with a lot of lessons to learn along the way . 19.01.2022 Hey everyone I wanted to take a moment to welcome and thank all our new followers for joining us and while I’m here give you all a little in sight into why we chose Studio555 as our business name. So you see this cute little house in the pic, that’s my family home where I grew up, at the foot of the beautiful Byford hills. Our address is Lot 555 (street name) and that’s where the 555 comes from. Let me explain a little of why this house is so special to me My Dad built... our house and we moved in when I was 4 years old in 1989. I spent literally my whole childhood in this house right up until I left for the Navy in 2002. My brother and I had the best childhood growing up here, riding bikes, playing in the dirt building forts it was just so much fun, so many good memories. Over the years this house has been home to almost all of my extended family at one point or another whether they were staying with us when they first moved here from England or needed somewhere to live while their new house was being built or they just needed somewhere to stay either way our door was always open. Fast forward to 2020 and I’m back living in my family home along with my Husband our four beautiful children and of course my Mum and Dad who I’m sure would love a peaceful home but it’s not going to happen with my crazy bunch , yes it is a very full house but it’s also very full of love. The house has changed so much over the years..(Dad extended up, I’m sure he secretly wanted us to move in lol) but it is still the only place I have ever 100% felt like I’m home as soon as I walk through the door. I love our home (even though I’m itching to renovate it to my style) and I love watching our children building memories together just like my brother and I did all those years ago. 19.01.2022 What’s that I see? Yep it’s our Fathers Day beer caddy’s! As a small business there are many things that get you excited! But this one definitely gets me doing a happy dance! Our local florist Heavenly Scent Flowers Byford is now stocking our products!! How exciting is that!

It can be hard enough leaving our littles ones but knowing they are being cared for by the finest educators around makes it so much easier! 14.01.2022 A dear friend of mine had her 30th Birthday Party last night, it was the best night so much fun! The theme was ‘Rock’ so the birthday girl, myself and a few others went as the band ‘Kiss’ we went all out, we all had our makeup done, leather jacket nose rings the whole lot was such a good laugh! But I tell you what, I’m either getting to old to handle a big night or the jelly shots were extra strong because I spent the best part of today on the couch, head pounding and feeling very sorry for myself lol poor Dane had so many orders to get through and I was absolutely useless . The picture is the box we made for the Birthday girl, I was so stuck for ideas but wanted something she could keep.. I completely forgot she didn’t drink wine or champagne so we put a bottle of cider in there instead problem solved

I have to say I’m looking forward to having some down time with the kiddies and enjoying a very relaxing chilled out Christmas. 10.01.2022 Hello!! We have had lots of new followers lately so I think it’s about time I actually introduce our little family to you all. This is us Dane, Me (Kendra) Indiana (7) Jaxon (5) Mason (3) & Harrison (11mths) pic was taken yesterday at my cousins wedding in Swan Valley. As you can see we definitely have our hands full but our hearts are fuller and we wouldn’t want it any other way . Our house is always loud, not always clean but they are making memories and I’m trying not to lose my mind on a daily basis . Life is good and we are lucky to have each other. We are spending the weekend in Swan Valley for some much needed down time with the kiddo’s. We will be back to filling orders on Monday . I’ll share some snippets of our little getaway on stories throughout the weekend

07.01.2022 Our Christmas 2020 Collection is now live We had so much fun doing our Christmas shoot yesterday and are so wrapped with how they turned out! Thankyou @etravels for your help and photography expertise . I have added pretty much our whole collection to the website however I have left the Christmas Eve Box’s and Wine Box’s out as we are just finalising the last few design options and I want them to be perfect so i will add them over the next week but I’ll let you know wh...en they are up . 04.01.2022 Hey so with the new year well under way and lots of new followers I thought it would be a great time to jump on and give you guys 5 facts about myself. 1 I was born in Manchester, England and moved to Australia when I was 18mths old. 2 I was in the Navy for 11 years.... 3 I love police/detective TV Shows 4 I’m not great at mornings however am trying to get up at 5am most days and go to the gym (it’s a working process) 5 I mostly wear Jeans and Tshirts.. I like the idea of nice dress’s and pretty tops but I’m just not fancy I’m very much a plane Jane. 04.01.2022 We get a lot of questions about what machines we use and what they are capable of. This is the main machine we use for 95% of what we do. She is a imported 80w 900mm X 600mm laser cutter and engraver. Capable of engraving and cutting wood, plywood, MDF, acrylic, cardboard, leather, Glass and paper in various thicknesses. . It really is a beast of a machine!
