Works as a general manager in innovation and development at Eastern Domestic Violence Service, a specialist family violence service in Victoria. I am passionate about ... Raising awareness and importance in prevention of family violence. I want people to know how prevalent and serious family violence is in our community and an important role everyone plays in preventing family violence and supporting others who may be/are experiencing family violence. My MBA is helping me... Gain soft skills including but not limited to emotional intelligence, personal growth and empowerment, contemporary leadership, persuasion and influence. Learning stemming theories and practical strategies that can be applied in the workplace are very helpful in enabling me to understand my own behaviours and decision-making processes.
