19.01.2022 Did you know that new oil and gas exploration areas have been opened on the doorstep of Ningaloo Reef? It gets worse...Its also on the doorstep of the Kimberl...ey...Shark Bay...and the Abrolhos Islands. After kicking out Equinor, BP and Chevron from the Great Australian Bight, we know the best way to stop oil drilling projects is to build community opposition before they even start. Add your name today to say oil and marine parks dont mix.

14.01.2022 We love Spring in Port Campbell National Park. Over the next 6 weeks the iconic clifftops will be adorned by a textured cloak of subtly changing colours. By the... day, and the week different species will have their time in the spotlight as part of a grand show that sometimes in late September resembles a fine dusting of snow. The buzz of bees and insect pollinators and heady scents of spring and salt mist will fill the air. Take a moment, breathe deep and embrace this season of growth, renewal, hope and for many species in the National Park and their human observers.......love! #bekind #staysafe #missingyou #takeanantihistamineandsniffaflower .

05.01.2022 So there is definitely some light on the horizon! #staysafe Victoria and please don't forget what we have all given up to get to this point. Our businesses have... worked hard to ensure they can provide exceptional service in a COVID safe environment but they are still constrained in what they can do. Please be patient, book ahead and book direct and understand our businesses need to consider the safety of their customers, their staff and community. Waiting times may be longer in restaurants and cafes and seating capacity is reduced. Many accommodation businesses have adjusted their check in and cleaning processes. Please be patient please be kind :) www.visit12apostles.com.au See more

04.01.2022 Its not a fine line drawing youre looking at a spectacular photograph. This little wombat from Guthega, NSW has won best monochrome at the Australian Geogra...phic Wildlife Photographer Of The Year Awards. It is the third time photographer Charles Davis has won the category. Charles told the South Australian Museum: The snow was deep after a week of storms, and grass close to the surface was hard to find. The world had little detail except for the dead, white, skeletal snow gums left over from the 2003 fires and the wombats. I took advantage of the white background to capture both subjects together."
