In this period of celebration and anticipation, we also remember that giving and serving our community at this time of year can make a difference to many lives. We are proud of the service we have been able to provide through One Meal this year and are thrilled to announce that the weekly One Meal Kingsgrove Service will commence on Monday, 27 January as a take away service. The number of those eager to live out our Serviam values th...rough contributing to the service has been overwhelming. We now have 12 One Meal teams made up of community members from St Ursula's and OLF. We are sure that the service will continue to thrive and be something that our community can grow together. 04.01.2022 Over two weeks, students from Year 11 Modern History and Year 9 Elective History took part in focus groups to assist the Sydney Jewish Museum in the creation of an interactive display titled ‘Dimensions in History’, which is working to digitally record the experiences of Holocaust survivors. 01.01.2022 On 11 November in 1918 at 11am, the guns on the Western Front fell silent after more than four years of continuous warfare. At the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, we pause to remember and honour those who have lost their lives as a result of war and pay tribute to their service and sacrifices. This morning, Year 11 Modern History students led the College in a special Remembrance Day service during PC. Our Year 7 students have also been decorating the College with... poppies they have made to commemorate Remembrance Day. We will remember them.
