21.01.2022 We are introducing new hospital visitation rules to help protect and keep safe patients and hospital staff. We have thought very carefully about this and understand this may cause some disappointment, but the safety of our patients, staff and community is our highest priority. Effective today, a maximum of two (2) visitors can see a patient for a maximum of two (2) hours per day during visiting hours (11am 7pm). Exemptions may be made on compassionate grounds. Temperatu...re screening must be completed prior to entry to the hospital. Please listen carefully to St Vincent’s staff and follow their directions. Visitors must complete a Health Declaration Form prior to entry to the hospital. As a reminder, you cannot visit the hospital, if: You have been diagnosed with COVID-19 You have been asked to self-quarantine You have returned from overseas in the last 14 days You have had contact with a person with COVID-19 in the last 14 days You have a fever (37.5 degrees or more) or a cough, runny nose, sore throat or breathing difficulties Thank you so much for doing your part to keep our community safe
