08.01.2022 Today one of my favorite ladies came in, and I did 1/4 head foils to brighten up and then a cool toner. I used my favorite curl cream to bring out waves (best product ever) as Sylvia has naturally straight hair, and our curl cream creates curl even when there is no natural curl, even better its soft on hair and doesn't leave hair feeling scrunchy.
