12.01.2022 It is with a very heavy heart that I have to say the time has come for me to close our door The world is ever changing and it saddens me to accept this time has come. It was certainly not a decision I've made lightly. It's a time to consider others health and well being along with my families and yours Any clients with appointments dated from Thursday the 30th April onwards will remain in the appointment schedule and I will assess and contact you closer to the time when ...things settle and we know more information. 10.01.2022 Hello to all my lovely ladies. How are we? Hope you are all surviving and navigating ok through this crazy time. We have all done so well in this crazy world we are currently living in and it's wonderful to see all our efforts slowly working towards a brighter future . With the latest development and easing social restrictions, I'm excited to let you all know I will be opening up appointments again There will still be strict protocols and restrictions in place as we monito...r and navigate through the next few months and to watch and see how things develop. Please read below the latest rules and restrictions I'll be putting in place to ensure I meet the appropriate guideline to ensure all safety requirements are followed for your well-being and my little families. I can not wait to see you all very soon (and I hope there's not to many hair disasters out there ) Only Clients are to enter the salon at all times: To ensure appropriate social distancing I will only be allowing clients in the salon at all times (please NO children or friends are to accompany you or enter during your appointment time) Please use hand sanitiser at the door before entry into the salon I will be allowing a 15 minute grace period between each client to allow time for appropriate cleaning and disinfecting I will NOT be supplying magazines at this time so please feel free to bring your own reading material Reduced hours: To slowly ease back into things and with many restrictions still in place I will be only working at half capacity so please note it may take a little longer to get in If you feel or have been unwell in the last 14 days before your appointment please reschedule immediately That's all ladies, look forward to seeing you all very soon. 08.01.2022 It's been a strange first week away from the salon this week, to be honest I'm missing the face to face contact and the "break" that is my work But its not all quiet in there, it's been taken over by some new sort of ladies for the time being Hope you are all well, staying safe, sane and smiling sending love from my family to yours

08.01.2022 Hello lovely ladies, I have some important changes for you in regards to the salons operation as of today.... * SALON OPERATING HOURS ARE CHANGING... Due to notification this afternoon that my son's school is closing as of tomorrow, weekday salon operating hours will be affected. I will be adding an extra afternoon/evening weekday, along with extending Saturday trading times to help accommodate as best I can. * NO NEW CLIENTS I will no longer be able to accept new clients as of today, this is to help assist and accommodate my regular clients and to minimise disruption to there regular time slots. *NO CHILDREN To minimise the amount of people coming in and out of the salon and our home, I unfortunately will not be able to accomodate children in the salon at this time. (My deepest apologies to my fellow mamma's, it wasn't an easy decision but please know it comes from a place of care and safety for all our families) *USE OF TOILET To minamilise traffic through our home, I ask that where possible, please try to be conscious about using the bathroom at home before your appointment (I would never not allow toilet use but I do ask where you can to please use alternative options) I promise you this also has nothing to do with toilet paper use (although I am offering 10% off to anyone who brings us toilet paper joking) *HAND SANITIZER There will be a bottle of hand sanitizer outside the front entry door, please sanitize your hands for 20-30 seconds before entering the salon. I will also be doing my part in sanitising and disinfecting worktops/equipment after each client along with fresh towels and capes for every client. I know this seems like a lot and makes me very sad to have to implement these changes but I do feel in the current situation it is necessary and in the best interest of your family and ours. I will ALWAYS endeavour to make your visit as special and relaxing as possible, more so now as I'm sure like myself your worry and stress levels are on the rise. Again I know you all are so wonderful and caring in regards to sickness and I just wish to remind you to PLEASE refrain from coming in if your feeling unwell in any way or have cared for or come across someone with symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 14 days. Anyone who's appointments that have been affected by these changes will be contacted in the coming days to make alternate arrangements. IN POSITIVE NEWS....HAIRDRESSER HAVE MADE THE LIST OF ESSENTIAL BUSINESSES TO REMAIN OPEN never fear I will continue to service you all for as long as possible and until told otherwise Please stay safe and relax where you can. 03.01.2022 To all my beautiful Ladies, I have been trying to hold off this post as long as possible but as we see the world changing and action unfolding in front of us I decided it was time. As some as you may have already heard the Prime ministers has upgraded and implemented some new stricter strategies to help slow the spread of Covid-19. ... These include.... * Any one returning from overseas travel MUST self isolate themselves for 14 days. * Gathering of 500 or more should not take place or be attended Some of you maybe aware that sadly my family is experiencing a very hard time in our lives as we watch my beautiful Mum battle terminal cancer. My time with her is very precious and I urge anyone who has travelled overseas or falls ill in away to please contact me immediately to reschedule your appointment as this would be detrimental to her health and my time able to be spent with her Please do not leave rescheduling to last minute to as this leaves me with appointments not filled that could be.
