23.01.2022 "Trish worked magic with her recommendations on furniture selections and re-positioning to enhance the appeal of our three-bedroom apartment in Admiralty Towers on the Gold Coast. She created the feeling of more space in our entry area by strategically moving our existing furniture pieces e.g. book cases, into a kitchen nook and the bedroom with dramatic effect. Art work was repositioned around the apartment maximizing visual impact. Decorative pieces, like Cajun musician f...igurines were used on an existing glass shelf in the kitchen as a wow factor. Trish’s fresh eyes approach enabled us to create the feel of uncluttered open space showcasing the 205m2 size of our apartment. We believe Trish’s creative input added considerable value to our apartment. This was borne out as we achieved a record sale price of well over $1 million in our building. We all love our open plan modern living especially in Qld so..... 1 Plan to start with the main living area including dining & kitchen.....although Kitchen will have a dedicated space Watch this space! 2 Cleaning/Dusting/Washing!!! Yes although basic, can really improve how we feel & enliven a space that is freshly spring cleaned - in our current time we are talking Covid19 era clean!! Details to follow..... 3. Painting - amazing what a can of paint spray can completely change an item!! Love this style suggestion & I'll share ideas with you!! 4. Greenery - can't have enough of it. Breathes life & positivity to a space. How to strategically place to integrate..... 5. Creating more space to store excess items.... 6. Check out stored items - you know the purchases that you forgot about because you were too busy at the time or can't remember why you purchased in the first place.... e.g. throw cushions, photo frames, candles!!??
