20.01.2022 I try to immerse myself in nature as much as I can. We live in such a fast-paced, technology driven world, and it’s easy to get lost, or feel disconnected. The best way to feel your senses come alive again, is by grounding yourself. Walking through nature does the trick, and it’s even better when it’s dog friendly, so my little bestie @lefrenchiefranklin can come with me!

Where new growth spurts in the dampness of the rich soil, and where the spirit is entirely free. Where the sound of your own breath is ever present, reminding you that you’re alive. Reminding you that being amongst nature is where you see true beauty. Where everything around you is truly living. That’s where I’d rather be. Grounded.

07.01.2022 I’ve been reading a lot of poetry recently, and this @atticuspoetry book was beautiful! I’ve pre ordered the new book on Amazon, and can not wait to read it, and fall in love with the words on each page. I’m also sharing this amazing Magnesium oil spray from @salt_lab because it’s been an absolute MIRACLE in helping me get restful sleep I have also tried the bath salts by them as well and it was such a relaxing and beautiful bath, I especially loved the clay. My skin felt s...o soft and refreshed after, and again, I had an amazing sleep after that soak! Would definitely recommend giving it a go, and no, I did not get paid to say that, I GENUINELY love this product and will be buying it again! I also always have crystals around me, the clear quartz point and shungite pyramid are from @moonstonegypsyau the pyrite cluster is from @thehiddenway_ and the selenite moon carving is from @unearthedcrystals please support small and local businesses like these beauties.
