25.01.2022 From humble beginnings 8 years ago we started our little store in Stirling, in the Adelaide hills , a little scared but with much passion and determination . Especially as we were the first gift and homewares store to start up for many years , and many people saying we were 'nuts' we felt there was a gap in the market that we wanted to fill . Our move to Aldgate 2 years later was not something we had planned on but we jumped in and gave it our best shot , and it's been home ...for the last 6 years . We have made many friends and have lots of lovely loyal customers who have made the journey with us all worthwhile, and we will miss you terribly! But the time has come to now move on.. We have found that online shopping and being a destination store in the quiet village of Aldgate is no longer a viable option for us considering the saturated market of gift and homewares stores now in the Aldgate/Stirling area it's time for us to say goodbye ..... We will be taking a well deserved break , and we have some new plans in the works so watch out for us in the near future..... 2016 is our last Christmas with you all so if you're out and about pop in as we would love to thank you personally for being a customer and supporting us for so many years! 15.01.2022 We have now officially closed our doors and it's time to say our goodbyes... We have been truly humbled by the amazing love and support that we have been shown over the last 8 years and particularly over the last 5 weeks, The proof is in the fact that we pretty much ran out of stock with only a few bits and pieces left which we donated to the hut in Aldgate , so to all of you who came to support us for the last time our most sincere thanks to you all We have had so many l...ovely people tell us their stories of beautiful items they have purchased over the years, that still draw admiring comments , and we've even had some customers in tears at our departure and many others wondering where they will go to purchase their gifts... 03.01.2022 WOW ! We have been soooo busy the last few weeks with our closing sale ! It's been so lovely to have so many of you popping in and giving us your heartfelt thanks and love and dismay at our closing... don't worry peeps you may see us again in the near future........ We still have some lovely stock left at amazing prices but this weekend a lot of it will go... we are closed today , Australia Day and we will reopen on Friday and open all weekend- we'd love to see you

01.01.2022 We had an amazing day of trade today , thankyou to all who visited today and we hope you enjoy your goodies! It's so lovely to be feeling the love that many of you have for the store and the lovely things people are saying to us expressing their sadness at our closure, thankyou so very much We have lots of lovely stock left which we are offering to you all at great prices, so it's so disappointing to find someone who chooses to take advantage of a busy staff member and stea...l from us when we are already offering bargains . Today my daughter was inundated with customers whilst I was not there, and a lady decided that it was the right time to steal a pair of jeans. To that lady , we know who you are ,and we have your image captured , after much thought we have decided not to expose you, and instead hope that you enjoy your stolen goods and we shall leave you with your karma . You have not stolen from a store but rather, from a family who are doing their best. You have today made my daughter feel that she didn't do her job well . I have assured her that this is not the case . Thankfully you are in a minority of people who choose to take such advantage of others and we're so glad that the majority of our customers are honest supporters, Thanks all, bit of a long post but we felt the need to get it out there!
