01.01.2022 I went on my morning walk this morning. I really had to push myself today, Ellie was screaming, the weather looked terrible and it was about to rain. I could have just stayed indoors and make excuses to why I didn’t do it but I didn’t. I know that after the walk I was going to feel so much better.
