25.01.2022 Save Your Hair Saturday! Yay! Tips and tricks to help save your hair from split ends... coming to you every Saturday untill Xmas! If you are particularly worried about breakage and split ends this trick is for you. Especially fine, thin hair that can break very easily. Instead of a towel use a T-shirt to dry your hair out of the shower. Sometimes the towel can be way too rough on fine or damaged hair. Plus you could use a old band shirt and customise your own T-shirt towel!

24.01.2022 We are so very proud of our latest addition to Styles. Introducing our very own Dreadlock Range. With Sair having Dreadlocks and us offering all Dreadlock services we thought it would be amazing to be able to offer a specialised range for people with Dreadlocks. We have- Supasoak- which is a clarifying and moisturising shampoo that is paraben and sulphate free, vegan friendly and Australian made. It helps with itchiness, redness and flaking. We have all us...ed it in our own hair and our partners hair and it’s been a hit all round. So we do recommend it also to people with a troubling scalp. Oceanise- A beautiful Sea Salt Spray that is great to lock in your dreads but it’s also great for curly hair to give you that just been to the beach look. It’s also fantastic for partial dreads so that you can spray all over in your dreads and the hair left out for that gorgeous natural look. It smells divine too. Dreadlixia- is a dread oil that helps give the ends of the dreads especially extensions that much needed moisture without a heavy residue. It’s a once a fortnight application and you don’t need very much of it. Smells like mandarin and macadamia. We have also been trialling it as a blow drying oil on our clients and the results are stunning. We also use it as a finishing oil aswell for shine and smoothness. 06.01.2022 We use Hair Inc Hair_inc for our straighteners. They are one of the best we have used. They are temperature controlled so if you have fine hair or damaged hair you can lower the heat so that it doesn’t get too hot on your tresses. If you have unruly and very curly hair or resistant hair you can turn up the heat to get the desired smoothness. It’s also our go to for curls and waves because you can control the temp and also it’s a perfect size to make the beat curls and waves. We use this on all of our brides. They retail for $220 each which is a great price for such a great straightener. We have some ordered for Xmas and awaiting the shipment if you would like to pre order one for yourself or someone special please PM us and we will put you on our list.

01.01.2022 Swipe for before shot! New Dreads for Helen. Helen came in with baby dreads that were a few months old that she had done mostly herself. The top of her hair was quite short and she didn’t like how they were sitting and how short they were. So today we went over all of her dreads with the crochet hook to tighten them and we added dreads extensions to the top ones. We also added in some cute beads and a dread wrap too!
