20.01.2021 by Dani Worst experience ever! Will never go back!! My hair was over bleached and was left on too long, it wasn’t until my scalp started burning from the chemicals that the so called colourist who said her name was Jess, (not the owner) washed it out, (I had burns on my scalp for over a week) to then colour it to the wrong shade I requested when I had my consultation with her!! When I told her that it looked a little orange.. she then proceed to try to fix it by dying it again and forgetting to use the toner.. I left without saying anything because it’s clear she would make it worse and was on another planet!! I had to go to a different hairdresser in Warragul to fix it!! my hair would break constantly after I went there, my hair went from healthy and silky to dry and just plain horrible due to skin flakes from my scalp recovering!! It has cost me so much money to try to get my hair fixed which will take a while due to mess that girl did... I have never written a bad review but i need to warn other girls it was such a traumatic experience : do not let her touch your hair... get someone else!! ????????

25.01.2022 I am now asking clients to please wear a mask to all appointments. Keeping in mind if your having a colour it may get discoloured . I can provide one if your having trouble getting one but it will be extra on your service. I will also be wearing one and cleaning procedures will still apply. I know this is a difficult time for everyone. Hopefully this doesn’t last long and I fully understand if you would like to reschedule. Again if you are unwell or a family member is unwell please don’t attend your appointment within a two week period. Thank you everyone for your ongoing support. Hope to see you all soon! Suave Studio
