15.01.2022 Guilt is a common grief reaction. It is felt by most bereaved people. The need for answers is often front of mind. Sometimes we need to remind ourselves that the answers may never be revealed, and learn to be at peace with this. This, however, can take a long time. We need to give ourselves permission to take as much time for this, as we geel we need.
