21.01.2022 Just a quick update to advise that we have now returned to our regular business operating hours; Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm Should vehicles need to be dropped or collected before/after this time, please make arrangements with Subisolution staff.

17.01.2022 Subisolution as from Monday 23rd March will be operating with closed doors. Please use the main office door for vehicle key drop off or enquiries. All services will require appointments in order to prevent the gathering of people attending the premises. As mentioned in our last post. Gloves will be worn when handling customers property and further disinfecting will be conducted when entering and exiting our customer's vehicles for everyone's safety. 14.01.2022 With more Coronavirus interruptions, as from Monday 20th July we will go back to running a behind closed door shop. Our office will remain open however communication will be made through our front security doors or via phone. Our aim is to protect both our customers and staff. Key & Car sanitising will continue and our staff will be advised to use disposable gloves. Operating hours will remain the same at this time. Thanks, Norrie Anderson

11.01.2022 Another update from Subisolution regarding operating times and information regarding the increased measures that we are as a company taking in order to try and reduce the likeliness of our customers or staff falling ill throughout this period. As of today 25/3/2020, we will continue to operate as normal however the following changes will apply; All communication will be done over the phone. There will be no face to face communication, and our main entry & office doors will be... locked and no entry granted. When dropping off and collecting cars, keys will be sanitised and placed in our external key safe. The code will be given to customers over the phone. From next Monday, the 30th of March 2020, our trading hours will change. 02.01.2022 A quick word from Subisolution; With the outbreak of the Coronavirus globally and upon our doorstep, we are taking the following steps to maintain the safety of our customers, family and staff members. # All staff members are to wash and sanitise their hands after handling any customers belongings, such as key's, service books and operation of customers vehicles.... # Gloves must be worn when operating customers vehicles and disposed of thereafter. # Additional cleaning, including disinfecting the office area at the end of each working day. # Our staff have been advised that anyone who has symptoms of the virus must not come to work, and must seek the advice of a GP immediately. # Our workforce has adopted the practice of working in separated, individual spaces as much as is practical. Operating hours have not been affected at this stage and we will continue to proceed as normal.
