08.01.2022 OK YOU GUYS, LETS CHAT ABOUT APPOINTMENTS - We have been absolutely overwhelmed with bookings for the entire first half of the year & the second half is exactly the same (overwhelmed in a happy, grateful kinda way) - We have booked out our Christmas leave now & a lot of you are becoming super organised & booking right up to! This doesn’t leave a whole heap of Saturday’s/late nights left & day time spots filling fast (with hardly any spots remaining for the rest of this m...onth..) - We aren’t loving saying NO & aren’t being mean or difficult however we are a small team & doing our best to fit everyone in. Whilst maintaining our standard of quality over quantity ON ANOTHER NOTE - let’s talk No shows or late cancellations.. It’s rude for one & something we’ll never understand, it breaks our hearts when we aren’t a priority to you like you are to us. - We have a no show policy & adhere to it, with giving us notice this allows our vast cancellation list to be reduced & make others happy - win win! OBVIOUSLY; this excludes emergencies, we are only human & understand these things just happen. However just forgetting is not an acceptable excuse..
