21.01.2022 The estuary fishing action around Port Douglas and Daintree is at its best at the moment. A lot of first time lure fishermen and women have fished with us lately and have been rewarded with some really nice fish and for many it's their first ever barramundi. Why not give us a call and do something different for the day?

21.01.2022 At long last we're back on the water! It's been a glamour winter week for fishing in Port Douglas and on the Daintree river. There's been plenty of variety, but I think the highlight was watching Brody catch his first fish on lure and only 12 years old, he's hooked!

06.01.2022 Some of the fish we have been getting in Port Douglas and the Daintree over the last few weeks. The reef has been very consistent and we have had some glamour weather. The river fishing has been a bit hit and miss with some bad luck thrown in, losing some really nice fish all sorts of ways from sharks to getting busted off in the timber.

06.01.2022 Sorry, but Cape York is finally open, so guess what...we've gone fishing! Will be back on the 11th July. Gone to find a few like this on the Normanby River

06.01.2022 It might be blowing a gale offshore, but there's still plenty of fun to be had on the Daintree River. Only 40 minutes north of Port Douglas this river has some of the best estuary fishing this region has to offer. Brad and the boys had a ball this morning on the barramundi, mangrove jacks, GT and cod, all caught casting lures.

04.01.2022 Windy couple of trips on the Daintree River this week but a few fish around. Weather is looking very favourable next week so if your thinking about catching a Barra or want to do some reef fishing out of Port Douglas give us a call.

01.01.2022 We've had a great run of charters recently and the fish have been cooperative on most days,even though the weather has not! It was great to do a multi-day charter with Reuben and his mates, showing them a lot more of this Port Douglas and Daintree region and having the time to be able to target certain fish successfully.
