20.01.2022 TWO NEW CRAFT BEERS FOR YOUR ONLINE ORDER We’ve added these two very different but both wonderful beers to our online collection. On the left, @sailorsgravebrewing Lemon Meringue Cream Sour, brewed with local lemons, a whack of lactose & vanilla, it’s only one standard drink! Optimum smashability before or after dinner Then .... on the right, our very own collaboration with @styxbrewing right here in Newcastle. Double dry hopped, this NEIPA is reminiscent of a pine fores...t, with a tiny fire burning just for you and your loved one. Perfect for this trans-season. Both are limited. Get yours while you can.

19.01.2022 RESTRICTIONS LIFTED ON PRIVATE PARTIES As of Friday 23/10, we can finally once again host groups of up to 18 guests in our glasshouse, serving our set five course menu. We accomodate guests with dietary requirements or particular dislikes given prior notice including those who follow vegan, vegetarian, dairy and/or gluten free diets.... 16.01.2022 #SUBOATHOME FINAL WEEK & RE-OPENING PLANS We are both sad & excited to announce next week will be our final week of Subo at Home with orders wrapping up on Saturday the 30th of May. The unwavering support from our community makes this bittersweet - we thank you all for making this challenge the positive one it has been. Before our 'at home' offering goes, we have a number of menu changes that will be released this weekend!! We welcome orders to be placed in advance via our on...line store https://subo-at-home.myshopify.com/ with the very last order to be taken next Friday at 6pm. We will be taking reservations ONLINE ONLY from late next week, with our door set to open in the final week of June. Due to the 4 metre square rule, availability will be limited, with opening hours remaining unchanged: Tues to Sat, open from 5.30pm till late, bookings essential. Created to encourage you to involve yourself with the Newcastle community, you can earn points by (for example) streaming some homegrown music, paying forward a coffee or joining the library. Of course, there’s a handy app to keep track of all the points you can earn (because there’s a hefty reward for you here when you dine with a friend).... Orders open every Tuesday afternoon for pick up between 3-5pm on Friday and Saturday via your car window. Our numbers are limited, so order early to avoid disappointment.... 04.01.2022 HIGHLIGHT REEL FROM #SUBOATHOME Last weekend we packaged up our last Subo at Home orders. As we start to make preparations to open our restaurant door again (for our curated five course menus and delicious, minimal intervention wine), we cant help to look back on the collection of photos from some of those kind enough to share with us their at Home experience with Subo. In 2019, their entire vintage was lost to fires aside from the Hill of Dreams, which was picked one week earlier. ... Textured deliciousness from a unique small producer, it will be making its appearance on our list soon
