16.01.2022 Every house has its secrets ... this is where I live, on the bush, I grew up in the country and in the summer would be deafened by the sound of the cicadas. Until we moved here I had forgotten how awesome it is to sit in the shade on a hot afternoon just listening to the cicadas. This house kept this secret from me until Summer came around and then I remembered what living by the bush is like. It’s the sound of cicadas and the smell of eucalyptus while you have a beer under the shade of the trees. I love how every house has its secrets and you only learn then once you live there.

01.01.2022 Is your buyers’ agent inspecting the property you are buying interstate or are they outsourcing it to the selling agent or worse, a friend who isn’t even a property professional?!
