17.01.2022 "Cool Room just needs more gas" We uncovered much more then "just needing gas", after the original installer was not contactable. After careful examination of the entire system we discovered that gas wasn't the issue at all. There was a very big list of faults some of which included:... - Faulty expansion valve and orifice caused by very poor installation practices. - 2 severe twists in suction (gas) line. - Undersized liquid line - Using undersized pipe work as joiners. - Broken defrost time clock - Various electrical issues. and the list goes on from there. Unfortunately for this customer, the result of getting someone not qualified for the job has resulted in a repair bill that could have been avoided. 07.01.2022 High wall Split System service. It’s what you can’t see that can cause health and performance issues. The filters in this unit were cleaned regularly by this customer (SEE BELOW) But look at the mould build up inside the unit.Ensure you get your system serviced by a professional routinely.
