25.01.2022 NSW economy is the top performer because of housing market boom. Only Victoria is close enough, rest of the states and territories are lagging behind. However don't buy into suggestion that the housing market will crash next month, in two months etc. Economists and market analysts only know the factors/elements that influence market but no one can predict when it is going to crash or continue to grow. So be positive, confident and invest in property, its wise thing to do. $$$.
