06.01.2022 Dear valued customers In light of the developing situation regarding COVID-19, we wish to advise you of the steps we have taken to minimise the impact on our operations, and to protect our staff and clients. We are monitoring the information provided by authorities such as the Australian Department of Health, the World Health Organisation, and the Tasmanian Department of Health & Human Services. We are basing our reaction, policies and strategies on the advice issued by these... organisations. In particular, we are focussing on the following points: - Ensuring the highest priority of hygiene, hand washing and respiratory etiquette to minimise the spread of germs - Encouraging safe space between workers both at work and in social environments - Instructing staff members to stay away from work if unwell, and sending workers home if they present to work unwell - Reducing indoor seating capacity to facilitate social distancing We encourage all clients to also abide by these guidelines.
