There is a direct link between a person's thoughts, feelings, behaviours & their physical symptoms - simply put your body will respond to the way you think, feel & act. Stress, Anxiety, Overwhelm all manifest physically and your body is quick to let you know when something isn't right. ... My role is to help you release the unwanted emotions and thoughts that hold you back & make you feel overwhelmed, anxious & stressed. As your mind begins to release those unwanted emotions & thoughts your body responds quickly and begins to release pain, weight, lethargy, reliance on toxic substances - you begin to experience life as you deserve. When was the last time you listened to what your Body was telling you?

15.01.2022 This week is Women's Health Week so there is no better time for us to focus on some positive actions to support & maintain a healthy mind & body. Today it's all about Self Care.... 1. Grounding - it's time to step out into the Spring Sunshine, bare feet on the ground. Did you know that in just 4 seconds Grounding calms the Nervous System & muscles start to relax and release tension. Imagine the benefits of spending 15 mins everyday Grounding........ 2. Sleep - we have all heard the benefits of getting a good nights Sleep, but how much do you need? The Australian Sleep Health Foundation advises that we need to be aiming for 7-8 hours every night. So what do you need to change to make this possible? 3. Focus on eating well - sounds easy enough but sometimes when life is busy its the last thing we think of. My advice is to keep it simple - focus on getting the nutrients you need in the simplest way possible & if required cut back on the alcohol. 4. Take a day off - we all get mentally fatigued so it's important to recognise it and take a day off to rest & restore when required. You know that old saying 'you cannot pour from an empty cup' - we have all been there, we know the feeling. 5. Morning Rituals - studies show that owning the first 8 minutes of your day has a hugely positive impact on your Central Nervous System so how do you start your day? Try introducing journalling, meditation or movement into each morning and notice of the difference it makes to your day. If you introduce one or all of these tips you will notice a difference to your overall wellbeing - I would love to hear what works for you......
