Thank you to Kara and Lisa... for your amazing dedication and attention to detail taking full control and management of the routine & final inspection side of the managements. I'd be truly lost without the two of you. Thank you also to Jodie who completes our PCRs - never let's us down with scheduling us in and with her very detailed reports and photographs for the start of all our new tenancies. The last couple of weeks have been horrendous with the amount of lettings and vacates. 18 properties leased in the last 10 days and 3 more applications to process for properties that haven't even hit the market yet. 23.01.2022 Another busy day at the SHPM headquarters. 3 more properties leased today! And I had the absolute pleasure of having some old tenants of ours return to our agen...cy. It's always lovely when tenants return to us as hopefully it is a reflection of the service our team provide. Even receiving the biggest hug from the mother; so happy they were given the opportunity to be fast tracked through the system. It was a little emotional as I could feel their sadness and their excitement all at the same time. It's moments like today that reminded me why I became an agent. I can't help everyone, but I try.

14.01.2022 I promised myself I wouldn’t allow the haters get to me this year... but was messaged very late yesterday evening by a potential new owner who received a PM fro...m someone unknown to me, again slandering my name. Evil was the word she used. I then had to rise above that this morning and continue to try and work my butt off today and remain in a concentration state to deal with the ongoing stresses Property Management brings. Friends please if you see any comments at all around the groups or are privately messaged by someone wanting to bag me out, I ask you to please take a screen shot and send it to me. I need to put a stop to this for my own sanity. I know it won’t affect my business as overall I have a wonderful reputation and clients are a little smarter these days and recognise the key board warriors amongst us. 14.01.2022 Rentals Wanted URGENTLY in Perth to meet high rental demand
14.01.2022 PUBLIC ADDRESS.... It was brought to our attention last night and again this morning that there have been defaming, slanderous and negative posts on social medi...a regarding the business, Sue Heggs Property Management. We are a small boutique real estate business that follow the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) and like all agents, act on owner instructions. Unfortunately due to privacy we were/are unable to comment on the public posts defaming the business however would like to make a statement with regard to the post and some of the comments made. Firstly, the original post has been made with a factious account "Charlie White" so the person making this claim is unknown to our office which is curious, as one would think if someone had a valid or legitimate claim, they would likely follow this through the correct channels, to which there are many. A list of names have been provided to the office this afternoon, of all those who contributed to the forum discussions, some of which are unknown persons to us; neither landlords or tenants. There are also others that are known to us that are leaving defaming comments; previous clients, and have been through the court system and/or have outstanding debts to the landlords of the properties rented that are currently being pursued by debt collectors. It is very disheartening to see so many that have done wrong to their landlords that feel the need to destroy the livelihood of an individual who is simply engaged to do a job and to look after an owner's property which clearly to some feel it is ok to return a property in a less than satisfactory condition and/or leave the owner in debt. There are relevant authorities where a client can lodge a formal complaint (DMIRs or REIWA) to name a few, where an agent is then investigated to ensure the Act is being adhered to and that each tenancy is handled accordingly to the Legislation. A public forum is not the place for a disgruntled client to discuss their situation when only one side of the story is being told. We can assure the members of public, since commencement of trading in 2017, our agency has never ever undergone any investigation nor had any formal complaints lodged, that have proven to be legitimate. The parties concerned in the slanderous posts of yesterday evening/this morning are being dealt with by our legal department and will be held accountable for their actions. Please also note the personal threats that have been made today have also been handed to the Police for further investigation and will be dealt with through the correct channels. For those "haters" our advice to you is to unfollow/block Sue Heggs and Sue Heggs Property Management so that you do not have to see our "advertising posts". As a business, we are within our rights to advertise our business, whether it is to assist tenants in finding a rental, or reaching out to potential new clients looking to have their properties managed. We are unsure why we have been singled out as the only agent advertising on social media promoting our business, but appears to be bothering so many. Court Orders are not issued lightly. A Magistrate will issue a Court Order with evidence - so if you are a tenant/previous client that has been issued a Court Order by a Magistrate - there is a reason for it - and blaming Sue Heggs for your actions unfortunately doesn't make the Court Order go away nor the Debt Collectors knocking on your door. If you have a legitimate complaint or concern, taking both sides into consideration, please feel free to email the business. We also ask any member of the public that sight any further defamatory comments against Sue Heggs or Sue Heggs Property Management that they advise our office immediately. Thank you.

Im hearing every day from tenants that they are attend...ing home opens and up against 60-70 tenants queuing outside for that one property. Firstly we would never allow that number of tenants at one viewing and secondly all our viewings are by appointment only. Tenants can be very disheartened when approaching a property with that many people waiting to go in. Its not about the quantity and breaking records at home opens... its about giving tenants a real fair go.
