03.01.2022 How To Protect Your Energy By Whitelighting Yourself !! Hi Everyone ... As an Empath myself, I'm sure there are many of you who are Empaths as well, whether you realize it or not, I thought I would share a technique I use to protect myself. Empaths are Lightworkers who are like magnets who Draw to them people that are in need of help. It can be that people flock to you sometimes just to talk about their problems. They walk away feeling so much brighter having blurted out all of their problems and life stories but you are left feeling mentally drained and exhausted. Without realizing it these people have stolen your energy. This can happen even talking to somebody over the phone. You dont have to have Physical Contact. Stronger Empaths just simply walk into a room and can feel other People's Emotions, Problems, their Pain and their Stresses without even talking to them and take on all of these issues themselves. Empaths can become sick from taking on the Pain and Anguish of others if they don't protect themselves. So how can we help others without taking on all of this and having our Energy drained. Before coming into contact with anybody I do what is called Whitelighting myself every morning. It's very simple and anyone can do it. First of all you need to use a visualization technique. Simply visualize yourself wrapped in a bubble filled with white light that nothing can penetrate. If there's another colour you feel guided to use other than white then that's perfectly ok so long as you make sure your bubble is thick and that nothing can penetrate it. For those of you who feel strongly connected to the Archangels or even your own Guardian Angel you can call on then to help you while you Whitelight yourself. Archangel Michael is a really good Archangel to call on for this because he is the Protection Archangel. For those of you who are connected to Crystals, as well as Whitelighting yourself, you can use particular Crystals to wear, such as Black Tourmaline, Black Obsidian, Labradorite, Amethyst, Tigers Eye and Flourite. There are others but these are the main ones. These stones are excellent for repelling negative energy or transferring negative energy to positive energy protecting the wearer from having their Energy drained. If you don't want to wear the crystal you can choose one and put it in your pocket. It will still work the same way. Once you have chosen your Protection Crystal, it's important that you hold your Crystal and put your Intention for which you want to use it for out to the Universe. Visualize your Crystal as a powerful tool to protect you from any unwanted Negative Energy, having your Energy drained or a possible Attachment that may harm you.
