24.01.2022 Feeling "fractured"? This difficult year full of changes and uncertainty has put our resilience and empathy to the test, and organisations have been feeling the strain. I've conducted my training day "Resilience in a Changing Environment - Strengthening Connections" on several occasions lately. 14.01.2022 Happy days! Some face-to-face training opportunities are under way again - safely of course! Thank you Yass Public School for a wonderful Saturday and I hope the skills will really help in supporting your school families. I'll be in Kempsey soon supporting childrens' services. And if you'd like to book into a workshop near you - deferred workshops are now looking like a reality. Albury and Port Macquarie venues will be going ahead in July, with Nowra in August and Tamworth in September. After just getting back from a contract with the wonderful organisation SouthernStay in Victoria, planning is well underway for many more workshops in the next few months, including contracted sessions for Shoalhaven Council, Wodonga Council, Eurobodalla Council, Jewish Care (Sydney) and more, plus OPEN workshops for anyone to book into - Nowra, Tamworth, Albury and Port Macquarie. 05.01.2022 Some updates on recent and coming-soon workshops: The Port Macquarie workshop scheduled 13th March had to be cancelled - but a replacement date is already scheduled for 31 July. Tickets available now at ticketebo.com.au/dynamic-relationships The Albury workshop is ON this Friday 20th March. Some people missed out due to the local half-day public holiday, so another date is scheduled for 24th July, again to be held at the Mantra. Tickets will be available online next week. At ...this stage all other scheduled workshops will be going ahead. As we all do our part to slow down the spread of the Covid-19 virus, I will be inviting you to take infection-control precautions when we come together: 1. Stay home if you are unwell. 2. No sharing of pens or other workshop materials. 3. Use the hand sanitiser available in the workshop room. 4. No hand-shaking or other unnecessary physical contact. 05.01.2022 The Albury workshop scheduled for this Friday has been cancelled due to precautionary workplace restrictions being imposed in many organisations preventing attendance in groups. Participants have been notified and offered ticket transfers to 24th July, or a refund. Further cancellations might yet occur, but for any cancelled workshop a replacement date will be set. Stay safe people.
