18.01.2022 I was meant to be away with a wonderful group of women this weekend celebrating birthdays and friendships by the seaside. 15 minutes into our road trip we were turned around with the announcement of Victoria going into a 5 day lockdown as of midnight. I’m sure you can imagine the language that followed that announcement! I quickly had to remind myself to breathe and find the peace within. It’s been a tough couple of months and I so needed this weekend away... Focusing on my breath, gratitude and self love will be my priority. For all of you affected in someway by lockdown, isolation, the pandemic, please make sure that you make taking care of your mental health a priority. 03.01.2022 Weekly Guidance Reveal Good morning and happy Monday, this week our guidance is coming from The Oracle Tarot by Lucy Cavendish. I was gifted these cards some time ago and have not ever worked with them before. I have to say that the guidance written is the authors interpretation (Each week I honour the authors interpretation with the cards) and personally I’m not sure that I connect with these cards in the same way. So may I suggest that if you too feel confused or perplex...ed by the interpretation, that you sit with the image of the card and focus on what you see in the card - what message do you interpret for yourself? Card 1: 3 of Cups Celebration, bounty Suddenly, terrific things are happening without (seemingly!) any conscious effort on your behalf. You are caught up in the bounteous flow of the Universe, and all you need to do is be grateful and make the most of it. On the material side, there may be talk of a promotion at work, and you may be doing a great deal of opening your home to your friends - with wonderful results. 01.01.2022 As the morning sun shines bright on this first day of November I am drawn to the light and the joy it brings and am reminded of something I realised one early sunny morning walking the Meseta in Spain - one of the lessons of my Camino that I would like to share. That light belongs within the sun and is filled with so much abundance that it can be shared to brighten our day. I too hold a light within myself that shines bright, only I can turn it on and when I do I am filled wi...th peace, happiness and joy and abundance. My light can then be shared to help others find their light to shine bright. If each of us here at The Haven were to find the courage to shine our light, can you imagine the ripple affect that will have on the world? This November shine bright beautiful souls.
