15.01.2022 3 Days to go. Not long to go now till we open the doors. We are starting to see progress on the inside. I just want to say a big thank you to all those people who have made a point of coming up to me and showing your support. I can’t wait to kick off knowing so many of you are behind us. ... Today I would like to let you know about another supplier who we will be supporting. Coffs Harbour fishing co op will be supplying us with local caught seafood 3 days a week, so we can guarantee freshness. Orders will be done after local trawlers have unloaded their catches so we can say it’s all seasonal and Coffs coast local. Seafood can also be pre ordered if it’s something I don’t have. Don’t forget the opening night this Saturday. Tickets must be booked through the canopy cafe on 66571541. The night will see Dave munroe as our own local musician keeping us all entertained. Our chef will be supplying a number of canopas for your tasting pleasure. These will be sample of foods that will be on the menu over the coming weeks. Cost is $25 per person. See you there.

11.01.2022 Wow. Another week had flown by. Thank you again to everyone that has supported us it’s been great. Just a reminder that we have fresh bread and fish every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Also don’t forget that we gave the restaurant open every Friday and Saturday nights from 5.30 till late. We are licensed. This Saturday is Mexican night with food and drinks Mexican style. But be quick we have limited seats available for both nights. Following are some of the meals that went out last weekend. See you soon.

11.01.2022 Well what can i say. Its been an amazing response to the opening of Booma-Licious. We have been so well received that i haven't had time to keep everyone up to date. So tomorrow(Friday) is the first day of our restaurant at Booma-Licious.... Bookings are essential with only limited sets left. So we are opened on a Friday and Saturday night. With Saturday nights being our theme nights. Theme nights will start next Saturday with a Mexican night. The menu for the next 6 weeks on a Friday night will comprise of the following Entree Sizzling Garlic Prawns Moroccan Goat skewers Brochette with boccochini, basil and tomato Cheese platter Mains Stuffed Fillet wrapped in prochuto Stuffed chicken with cream sauce Pork belly Pork fillet Salmon vegetable stack Deserts chiros Afregardo Cheese platter trio of ice cream We look forward to seeing you at BOOMA LICIOUS
