15.01.2022 Our Mindful Mother's groups are going online! We will have two new groups running on two days either a Thursday or Friday starting in late Arpil/early May. This is our Friday group. In this strange and challenging times it so important we continue to find ways to support women with new babies and their families.

08.01.2022 Our next THRIVE mother's group will be starting late October and we are taking bookings now. We'd love any new Mums with babes up to 6 months of age to join us for some nurturing. 2hrs devoted time every week for 9 weeks, just for you and your wellbeing. Come and join us!
