10.01.2022 Try this scrumptious salad with my Lemon flax seed oil



01.01.2022 Roasted tomato, Parsley & broad bean pasta with Sue’s Lemon Flax seed oil 5 roasted roma tomatoes 350g dried Angel Hair pasta... 300g frozen broad beans (peeled) 2 cups freshly chopped parsley 1 clove garlic chopped 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind 200g cubed fetta Sue’s lemon Flaxseed Oil Drizzle for dressing METHOD Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200c. Place the tomatoes on a lined baking tray. Spray with olive oil. Season. Roast for 20mins or until soft. Step 2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta, Adding the peeled broad beans to the pasta water in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain. Return pasta mixture to the pan. Step 3. Process the parsley, Sue’s lemon flax seed oil, lemon rind and the garlic until roughly chopped. Add the parsley mixture to the pasta and toss until well combined. Stir in the tomatoes and fetta.
