Deep Pan Pizza SERVES 4 *1 cup SR flour *2 tbsp. Olive oil *4 tbsp. Pizza paste *1 cup grated cheese In a large non-stick frying pan, mix together the flour and oil with 2/3 cup water. Stir then knead to combine, sprinkle with more flour if needed. Gently work the dough pushing it to the edge, evenly covering the base. Spoon the pizza sauce over the base. Sprinkle with cheese. Season. Cover and cook on low medium heat for 10-12 minutes. For a golden colour, grill. Sit for 2 minutes before slicing to serve. OPTIONAL: Add whatever bits n pieces you have in your fridge.
