25.01.2022 Just wanted to do a quick post to let everyone know that we are being inundated with enquires and bookings for weekends coming up and they are filling up FAST!!!! If you are thinking of placing an order for a box or grazing table for an upcoming weekend we recommend you lock it in ASAP. We would hate for you to miss out. Thanks everyone for all your support x

23.01.2022 Are you like me and never show up anywhere empty handed???? Our grazing boxes are perfect for those times you are invited to a friends house and told not to bring a thing. Just put this together to enjoy with hubby and some lovely friends this afternoon with a bottle of bubbles..... yummmmm

23.01.2022 Having a bit of fun in the kitchen this afternoon..... a very dear friend of mine has asked me to put together a box for her grandmas 88th birthday tomorrow. She always leaves the contents to every box she orders up to me. She had one small request for tomorrow...... MACARONS!!!!! Havent made these in a while, lets hope they turn out ok..... will post after pics later tonight...... maybe

21.01.2022 Wanna hear a fun fact???? I used to be a cake decorator, Im by no means professional but it was always something I enjoyed. Since becoming a mum I dont do cakes anymore (except for friends and family sometimes) as they just take soooooooooooooo much time. But today I put that hat back on to create this for a very special friends mum. ... The brief: Mum loves caramel and is very girly. So we created this 5 layer vanilla cake with a whipped caramel frosting between the layers. Covered in Vanilla buttercream topped with fresh flowers, salted caramel macarons and strawberry wafer sticks.

21.01.2022 We received a message this morning from a lovely customer wanting to put something together for a friend who has been admitted to hospital with her young baby. This was the finished product. We hope this made what I can only imagine is the most terrifying time just a little easier. Xx

19.01.2022 Today we were asked to do some boxes for the team @camerondoors for a training day. The brief was rolls and wraps and a sweets box that must contain cheesecakes (the boss has quite the sweet tooth). Hope you enjoyed them guys. 19.01.2022 I’ve been trying to make the perfect spinach and ricotta parcels for a while now but haven’t been able to get them just right..... tonight I NAILED it!!!! Hubby taste tested and his words these are awesome babe, so tasty These can now be added as an option in our finger food boxes. Spinach and three cheese filo parcels

18.01.2022 As restrictions are slowly easing I cant WAIT to get back into creating grazing tables for your special occasions. Dont tell hubby but I recently purchased some AMAZING herringbone grazing boards and some other bits and pieces to make your grazing table even more spectacular!!!! Whether it be a table for 20 or 120 we will make it look amazing and taste even better!!!!

15.01.2022 Well, footy has started (again). Being the only female in a house of 5 its a given that footy is on our TV every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.... I have 3 (the youngest is still a bit too young to be as obsessed as the other 3) very excited guys in our house this weekend. I decided to put together a welcome back footy dinner for the boys tonight. They thought it was awesome and I won some serious mum/wife brownie points tonight. ... Can you keep a secret????? It was the easiest dinner EVER but they dont know that and they now think Im great.... winning Diet starts tomorrow..... again On the menu Puppy dogs (mini hotdogs) Beef sliders Pies Sausage rolls Hash browns

15.01.2022 Had to have a little procedure done on my toe today and need to keep my foot elevated so I have been forced to sit on the lounge and watch TV tonight..... damn Absolutely stoked that Jamie Oliver’s easy Christmas dinners is on. He and Donna Hay are my idols when it comes to cooking, so happy as a pig in mud right now!!!!

12.01.2022 AUCTION TIME!!!!! For something a bit different and a bit of fun on a Sunday we thought we would try something different and auction off a mini little sweet box. This box would make the perfect Sunday afternoon treat!!!! ... Rules 1) Bidding will start at $5 and must go up by a minimum of $1 each bid 2) I will say stop at random and the last person to bid before I say stops wins the auction 3) Payment is to be made by direct deposit upon winning 4) Box is to be picked up from Maryland anytime before 7pm Sunday 7th June 5) All money raised from the auction I will be donating to a charity very close to my heart, Endometriosis Australia

12.01.2022 Almost a week ago my sister in law received the devastating news that her father had passed away suddenly. The funeral was today and what a beautiful service it was with my sister in law getting up to speak about her families memories of her dad. I was asked by the family to cater for the wake following the service, what an honour it was to be able to do that for them. My thoughts go out to the entire Saridis family xx

10.01.2022 Were back!!!!!!! We went to a little place on the mid north coast called Grassy Head, what a hidden gem that place is!!!! Beach visits during the day, camp fires at night with my hubby and 3 boys and wonderful friends. Shame it had to come to an end but Ill be back into it today (in between the 52 loads of washing I have to do, only downside to holidays) so will get back to everyones enquiries ASAP. Stay dry everyone, shes a bit rainy today xx

05.01.2022 What a weekend!!! Probably our biggest one yet; 72 mini Cheesecakes 150 Cupcakes 75 Tarts... 200 Sausage rolls 170 Quiche 140 Pizza scrolls 84 Rolls/wraps and sandwiches 16 boxes 2 parties to catered for The highlight though was getting to throw my baby sister a baby shower!!! Anyone who knows me knows that my family mean everything to me. My sister and I are extremely close and being able to throw this shower for her was just magic. I served all her favourite foods and we spent the morning showering her and my little nephew to be with love and gifts. After pulling a muscle in my back last Sunday and being in a fair bit of pain all week there is no way I would have gotten through this week without the help and support of my family, especially my mum and a dear friend @jadehoad They both helped me so much and I will be forever grateful. Today will be spent with my beautiful little man who has been an absolute trooper and let his mumma work all week with very minimal whinging. He has decided he wants to go to Timezone so that’s exactly what we will be doing. Happy Monday everyone!!!!

01.01.2022 Finally getting around to posting some of last weekends boxes..... an 18th, a 40th, a thank you box to some drs from a very special lady and a lolly box for a family night in. I love that our boxes are so versatile and can be used to celebrate any occasion.

These extra large grazing boxes were absolutely perfect for them and took the hassle out of anyone having to spend all day cooking and preparing food.
