17.01.2022 Just to give everyone an update from our team here at Sugarize: We're staying positive and working hard behind the scenes! We still have some smaller events going ahead under the new government guidelines, however all of our larger catering bookings have been postponed or cancelled through until the end of May at this stage. This has been incredibly sad but necessary. I particularly want to send love out to our beautiful wedding couples and vendor friends who are dealing with... so much right now. I'm working on how we can best assist our community and will post again soon. If you have any questions, worries or need food supplies please reach out. 06.01.2022 Congratulations to Shayleigh and Michael! This wedding cake was actually layers of baked cheesecake, salted caramel for the top and middle tier and coconut for the bottom tier all covered with Swiss meringue buttercream. The custom acrylic risers between each tier were created for us by @nextevent.com.au The entire cake is also displayed on a light up plinth by @nextevent.com.au

05.01.2022 For Melinda and Alan last weekend, congratulations! Thank you to Kirsty from @leafenbloom for wiring and taping 240 individual flowers for this cake. The top two tiers were pineapple and coconut with white chocolate ganache. The bottom tier was Orange and poppyseed with white chocolate ganache.
