16.01.2022 Due to recent developments we understand that many of our candidates are both unable and unwilling to commit to relocations to the UK now or in the immediate future which is completely understandable! Our International team wants you to know however that it is still business as usual currently as we make plans for a future time when travel restrictions and the health and wellbeing of our candidates is no longer an issue. We are still available to complete registrations with e...xisting candidates for the future and we are also still open to new expressions of interest from candidates for the later half of the year. Despite the current circumstances, the UK is still in need of #OccupationalTherapists, #Physiotherapists and #SpeechPathologists and as such will have a high demand when all this is over and the avenues for travel are back up and running. In light of recent events we want to share some reminders to all our friends that are #Workingfromhome or currently #Selfquarantining to make sure we are all looking after ourselves while we wait for things to get back to normal! 1. #Start your day the #Right way! Whether you are self quarantining or working from home it is important to stick to #Routine, get up at your regular time, have a shower, eat breakfast.... 2. #Exercise! It doesn't matter if you are a gym enthusiast or only go once a year for your new year's resolution, it's important to remember to #Move 3. Maintain a #Healthy #Diet we all like to splurge a little now and again but be mindful you don't use the excuse of being stuck inside to binge out, Don't forget to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. 4. If you're #WFH, create transitions into and out of work mode, it's important to make sure you take some #ME time before your work day starts, during your lunch break and after your work day ends. Take the time that would usually be used for your commute and step away from your computer. 5. #Communicate!
