21.01.2022 Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. In a world where staying in contact and everyday relationships are challenged by COVID-19, staying together is critical for preventing suicide. Our ‘My Friend’ video aims to raise awareness about how staying close and working together can shift the balance and save lives. Each of us can play a life saving role. We can reach out to a friend or family member. We can support research into the best prevention strategies. Health professiona...ls can work as a team. We can keep governments honest by ensuring mental health and suicide prevention strategies are given priority by government. The health and safety of our supporters and communi...ty is our highest priority. As a community we are experiencing a period of fear, physical and social isolation and economic uncertainty. During this time it is essential we continue to support each other. Simply reaching out and asking How’re you feeling about all this? can help people know they are not alone. Sadly during times of crises mental health issues are often masked by the crisis itself and go unattended. Let’s work together in keeping each other safe. We are incredibly thankful to be part of such a supportive community and look forward to coming together in solidarity on the other side with you all. Look out for one another and always remain kind.

14.01.2022 What a massive way to end the first half of the year of gigs! Playing and singing along side the Baker Boys Band for the Suicide Awareness Gala Ball last night!...!!
