18.04.2022 Monday Night Class Cancelled . . To our beautiful Monday Sangha. I don’t need to reiterate why it’s needed to cease our communal gathering, we all know what’s needed right now to protect one another. . .... I will be sending out an email this week with an alternative online offering. It’s unlikely to be group classes at this stage because let’s face it, 3rd trimester pregnant, practicing & talking you through a class won’t fly. We’ll see... . . Thank you for your love, support & studentship this year so far. Keep connecting with the practices that keep you steady internally. You have the tools & insight ~ use them! . . .
