24.01.2022 Adobong pusit My first time to try the Mama Sita Adobo Mix. I was curious as we had lots of order in the past few days. Who can relate to me that cooking adobo seems simple but most of the time it’s a hit and miss cuisine?! Sometimes it’s so goood but then you make it again and its meh.. I guess the adobo mix can help you if you are like me.. to get that perfect adobo flavor! ... Tip: The squid can get rubbery when cooked. So how do you get it tender? Either you cook it quickly or cook it like pork and simmer for 30min to an hour. PS: My mum makes the best adobong pusit ever! Miss you and your cooking ma!
