To start Spring, healthy and happy we wanted to share one of our fave Green Smoothie Recipes by @thrivingonplants Daily Green Smoothie ... 1 ripe banana 1 ripe pear or apple 1 packed cup baby spinach Squeeze of lemon juice 1 cup frozen mango 1 cup frozen pineapple 1 tsp @tropeaka alkaline greens w/ vitamin D, 1/2 tsp spirulina & 1 scoop vanilla lean protein 1/2 tbsp each of @thesourcebulkfoods hemp seeds, chia seeds & ground flax seeds 2 cups @purecocobella coconut water to blend I add all the ingredients into my @vitamix_aunz and blend until nice and smooth!

24.01.2022 "I bought both the tinted and untinted facial sunscreens from @sukinskincare a couple of months ago and I am utterly in love. The sunscreen is Factor 30, and the tinted option matches really well with my skin tone. It doesnt feel suffocating on my skin and works well as a base layer for my make-up. In fact, my makeup goes on better when I am wearing it than if Im not! The formula also spreads really easily and it doesnt look like Im even wearing sunscreen in this photo!... Were sharing our helpful skin tips on how to look after your skin and avoid excess mask irritation - read more in the Journal 1. Cleanse! After taking off your mask, gently cleanse to remove sweat, grime and any bacteria that may have built up underneath the mask. Avoid over-cleansing as this may strip the skin of its natural oils and c...ause the skins protective barrier function to be weakened leading to dryness 2.
