20.01.2022 EXPERIENCED HEAVY DIESEL MECHANIC We are looking for a Heavy Diesel Mechanic with wide experience to work with our existing team at Sullivan Horan Services located in Bundaberg. This position will involve general servicing, repairs and maintenance on a wide range of European, American and Japanese trucks, heavy trailers, plant & 4 X 4's. Yours duties will include;... Diesel engine diagnostics, & repair, major and minor engine rebuilds and COI. General repairs and maintenance across a wide range of trucks, trailers, light and heavy plant and 4 X 4's Full range of field service repair works requiring after hours call outs. Auto electrical and air conditioning diagnostics and repair knowledge and experience an advantage. To be considered for this position you must have: Heavy diesel Trade Qualifications with a minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience on a variety of heavy equipment. A proven high level of technical ability and sound knowledge of heavy and light mechanical repairs and maintenance. Own reliable transport with HR/C licence an advantage. Good paperwork skills, with clean and readable handwriting. Full range of own hand tools. Three referees are required as a full check of your work history will be made before appointment. Hours of work normal full time Monday to Friday with Saturdays if required and the requirement to work on a rotating call out roster.
